PRESS RELEASE
Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda has taken a hold step to revamp the state's Government Printing Press.
The Governor directive mandates all state ministries, agencies, parastatals and institutions to exclusively utilize the government printing department's services.
This decisive action, according to the Governor aims to enhance internal operation efficiency, generate additional revenue streams and promote local institution capacity.
Reacting to the directive, the Director General of the Government Printing Press, Abba Rufai Musawa hailed the Governor's intervention, noting a critical challenge where sensitive security documents were previously being processed through private printing establishments.
Recall that since assuming leadership of the Government Printing Press, Musawa has proactively conducted strategic visits to neighbouring states, engaging in comprehensive peer review processes to benchmark and enhance operational efficiency.
